DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted depending on the lead time of the product. Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering. All products will be sent by recorded delivery or courier dispatch and will therefore require a signature upon receipt. All deliveries will be between Monday to Friday during the hours of 8am and 7pm. A one hour window timeslot will be sent by email or text first thing in morning on the day of delivery. Made to order items
Made to order items will take longer to deliver. You will be notified by email once your goods have arrived at our warehouse.
Big/heavy items like hot tubs, ovens, benches or tables will be delivered by special courier service. You will be contacted prior to delivery by us or by the courier company. The delivery of large items is kerbside and does not include assembly or unpacking. Occasionally the delivery company may require assistance unloading larger items.
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 14 days days from receipt of the goods, with exception of made-to-order products in a specified colour or finish. If you would like to return your goods or exchange an item for a different item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email at email@example.com quoting your name and order reference. Any goods returned must be returned in its original packaging, in the condition and packed in the manner of how it was received.
Returns are at customers' own expenses. We advise you use an insured, signed for service.
